Technical Director
Tom Geordt is the Technical Director and head Dispense Institute Trainer for Micro Matic USA. For over 30 years, Tom has been working with draught beer equipment and leading the industry in system design and installation techniques. He has built thousands of commercial beer systems in the U.S. and worldwide, setting global standards on draught dispensing best practices. Tom has traveled extensively throughout North America, educating major brewers and microbrewers, draught technicians and installers, restaurant, and bar owners about the advantages and profitability of dispensing draught beer correctly.

National Trainer
David joined the training team over a decade ago as a course instructor, facilitating both three-day Dispense Institute programs and on-site training. With his vast experience as an Area Sales Representative, David offers a wide range of experience in how to pour the perfect glass of beer.
