We believe in the American worker and providing for our communities. That's why the majority of our products are manufactured and assembled right here in the USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, based out of Central Florida, is one of our county's largest employers with over 150 production employees.
Global Purchasing Power
We are a global manufacturer with the resources to secure raw materials and overcome price fluctuations in the market. As much as we depend on our sources and suppliers, they depend on us, which creates an enduring and reciprocal relationship.
Engineering and Quality Control
We understand the importance of reliable dispensing solutions and how unexpected downtime impacts customer satisfaction. Our continued investment in quality control equipment and processes allows us to ensure the utmost consistency in our materials, rejecting up to 20% of non-conforming material annually. With an increase in automation and testing, our commitment is to put high-quality products in the market that perform every time.

Our four regional locations employ over 200 personnel in production, warehousing, shipping, sales, and training, representing American diversity at its best. Micro Matic parts are manufactured under ISO 9001 standard requirements and inspected using instrumentation traceable to the NIST standard; we take our dedication to quality even further.
Over the next few years, we will continue to invest and align with global certification standards to continuously improve manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency.
Quality Management SYSTEMS
Defect reports are categorized using Global D4 software, soon to contain all ISO 9001 QMS documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Environmental Awareness
We care about the environment and the impact we make on our communities. That's why we will begin Implementing ISO 14000 at the beginning of 2021.
Food Safety STANDARDIZATION
ISO 22000 will be in place by 2022, which is the standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization dealing with food safety.
