"I came to the Dispense Institute not knowing anything of draft beer and how it works. Now I have the knowledge to install long draw systems, clean lines properly and that temperature and pressure are the main problems in trouble calls. Joe has taught us many ways the beer can be balanced in a long draw system with target pressure. I love the hands-on training. I will walk out of here with a great mindset of how to work with draft beer." Angel Concepcion - Peace River Distributing
