While we maintain a large inventory of products, it is wise to contact us for item availability if your order is especially urgent. There is no minimum purchase! Order as little or as much as you like. However, in order to save you on shipping costs, we recommend you order at least $25.00 worth of merchandise.

You can change or cancel an order after you have placed it, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. We will do our best to act on any request to change or cancel order. However we process and ship orders quickly, so please notify us promptly on any such request.
Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum charge) as well as no refund for shipping charges. Heavy or oversize items shipped via truck, including keg refrigerators, are also subject to return freight charges.

We've made our shipping costs as fair as possible. The costs are based on each items size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. Efficient order processing and our regional warehouses results in fast order delivery! Transit times for most UPS Ground shipments are one to three business days (Monday through Friday). For an additional cost on rush shipments we offer UPS Next Day air delivery that will have your order delivered on the next business day. Transit time for most freight shipments is three to five business days.
Micro Matic is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, mechanical failures, or other factors beyond our control.
Heavy or large items, such as most keg refrigerators, must be shipped via Freight Carrier. The Monday to Friday freight carrier delivery includes curbside drop off and does not include lift gate service to unload the shipment, carrying the item into the building, un-packaging, or installation. For freight carrier shipment, if a dock or forklift is not available, we recommend having a minimum of two people available at the drop-off time for unloading the shipment. Should lift gate service be required, it is available for an additional $50.00 charge. We are sorry, but it is not possible to specify a preferred freight carrier.
In order to provide our customers with the best shipping rates and service, our freight rates are calculated based on delivery to larger urban center addresses. An additional delivery charge may apply for some rural area deliveries. Should this apply to your order, we will contact you outlining any additional charges prior to processing the order. Freight Carrier deliveries to rural areas may also be an additional one to two business days beyond the typical three to five business day transit times for freight shipments.

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to a customs brokerage fee, C.O.D. fee, taxes, and a disbursement fee. These fees and taxes are always the responsibility of the recipient, and payment for them is required to the carrier at time of shipment delivery. These fees and taxes are not included in the price of an order placed with us, but are in addition to the total cost of order.

Taxes - Depending on the destination, shipments are subject to either a Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5% and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% to 8%, or to a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 13%.
Disbursement Fee - A fee of 2.7% (Minimum $5.85) of the fees and taxes. Customs clearance for shipments into Canada are handled by UPS. We are sorry, but it is not possible to specify a preferred company for customs clearance. Cancellations or refusal of orders shipped to Canada, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum charge), return freight charges, and customs fees and taxes as Micro Matic is liable for these charges in the case a shipment is refused. Although we do not have showrooms to support walk-in business, most items are available for pickup at our four distribution centers. To find the availability of an item for customer pickup, please call (866) 291-5756. We will then verify that the products you are needing are in-stock at that facility. Orders for customer pickup can be placed toll free toll free at (866) 291-5756 during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am EST to 4:00pm PST. Once placed, most orders for customer pickup are processed and ready for pickup within 2 to 4 business hours.
Shipped orders can be tracked via the tracking number and link on the shipment confirmation e-mail. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us, and one of our knowledgeable customer service associates will be happy to help you.
In general, it is up to the UPS driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required for package delivery. This will depend on the area of delivery. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, and no one is present to accept the delivery, they will attempt delivery of the package two more times. At each attempt they will leave a notification of an attempted delivery with the date and time of the next delivery attempt.
Inspect your shipment when it is delivered. If your package has arrived damaged, or otherwise tampered with, notify your UPS delivery person immediately. Any delay makes it more difficult to file a claim. Customers are responsible for checking their order when it arrives to insure that all items are present and undamaged. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us immediately. This must be communicated to us within seven (7) days so that a claim can be placed with UPS. If not communicated to us within seven (7) days, Micro Matic has no recourse to file a claim and is not responsible for missing or damaged items. Should it be necessary for Micro Matic USA, Inc. to send a replacement shipment, all replacement shipments will be shipped standard UPS Ground service. Special or expedited shipping service is available upon request and will be at the Buyers expense.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail which includes the shipment tracking number, and a link to the freight carrier's website. To avoid delays in delivery, the recipient should contact the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
Upon delivery of the shipment, it is extremely important to carefully unpack and inspect the contents thoroughly for any sign of damage before signing the carriers freight bill of lading. The driver is required by his/her employer to wait during your inspection. If damage is found, you should refuse the shipment immediately and the driver is required to take the shipment back. If the outside packaging is damaged, but the contents are not, you should accept the shipment, but make a note on the freight bill the outside packaging was damaged. This will protect your rights in the event there is concealed damage.
By signing the carrier's freight bill, without any notations of damage, you are agreeing the shipment was delivered in good condition. Any damage found after that point, should be directed to the freight carrier in the form of a concealed damage claim. Micro Matic has no recourse to file a freight damage claim once the shipment was signed for as received in good condition.
For damaged shipments that have been refused, we will ship a replacement or refund the Buyers money. All replacement shipments will be shipped standard service. Special or expedited shipping service is available upon request and will be at the Buyers expense.
Accepted shipments with freight bill notations of damaged packaging and then found to have concealed damaged, must be reported to the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Such occurrences will be remedied as soon as possible with replacement of damaged items shipping once the damaged freight is inspected and accepted by the freight carrier. For all shipments, the packaging should be saved in good order for seven (7) days.
Sometimes, because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. Rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping costs for the split shipment. The shipment confirmation you receive will tell you which items have been shipped separately. The Micro Matic Limited Warranty does not apply to Micro Matic Brand Refrigeration Units, which are covered under the Micro Matic Brand Refrigeration Units Limited Warranty, below.
What does this warranty cover?
Micro Matic USA, Inc. ("Micro Matic") warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and regular service, and preventative maintenance for the Warranty Period (defined below). As specified on the website, some products which are not made by Micro Matic are warranted by their respective manufacturer; therefore, this Limited Warranty does not apply to such products.
How long does coverage last?
Unless otherwise specified, the Warranty Period is one year from the date of sale.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If any defect is discovered in the product during the Warranty Period, the purchaser must notify Micro Matic’s customer service department to obtain a return authorization number, and further instructions on how to return the product for service. Purchaser must follow Micro Matic’s instruction.

What will Micro Matic do?
After receipt of a Product which Micro Matic determines is defective, Micro Matic will, at its option, either (1) repair (or authorize the repair of) the Product, (2) replace the Product, or (3) refund the purchase price for the Products. Micro Matic’s determination of defects is final. Failure by Purchaser to give notice of claims of breach of warranty within the Warranty Period shall be deemed an absolute and unconditional waiver of purchaser’s claim for such defects. Products repaired or replaced during the Warranty Period shall be covered by the foregoing warranties for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from the date of delivery of the repaired or replaced Products, whichever is longer.
All shipments will be shipped standard service. Special or expedited shipping service is available upon request and will be at the Buyers expense.
What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover items subject to normal wear and tear (gaskets, seals, o-rings, etc.).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEMDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MICRO MATIC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICUALR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF MICRO MATIC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARANTY PERIOD. NO MICRO MATIC RESELLER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
To the maximim extent permitted by law, Micro Matic's liability hereunder in any case is expressly limited, at Micro Matic's election, to repair or replacement of the Product or to the repayment of, or crediting the user with, an amount equal to the purchase price of such goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micro Matic is not responsible for, and purchaser releases Micro Matic from, direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or related in any way to the equipment, or under any other legal or equitable theory, including without limitation loss of beer, loss of gas or loss of sales. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How does state law apply?
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
One Year Parts & Labor Warranty:
Micro Matic USA, Inc. ("Micro Matic") warrants to the first-end-user purchaser (the "User") that the Micro Matic brand equipment sold hereunder, except for parts and accessories which carry the warranty of a third party supplier (the "Equipment") will be free from defects in material and factory workmanship under normal conditions of use and maintenance for the applicable Warranty Period (define below). This Warranty is not transferable.
Additional Four Year Compressor Part Warranty:
In addition to the warranty set above. Micro Matic warrants the hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed compressor (part only) ("Compressor") against defects both in workmanship and material under the normal and proper use and maintenance service for the applicable Warranty Period (defined below). This Compressor Warranty only applies to hermetically and semi-hermetically sealed parts of the Compressor and does not apply to any other part or component, including, but not limited to cabinet, temperature control, refrigerant, motor starting equipment, fan assembly, or any other electrical or mechanical component.
Parts Warranty Coverage:
Micro Matic warrants all new machine parts produced or authorized by Micro Matic to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable Warranty Period.
How long does coverage last?
The Warranty Period (a) for any item of Equipment is one (1) year from the date of installation, but in no event to exceed (15) fifteen months from the date of shipment; (b) for Compressors is an additional four (4) years following expiration of the regular one (1) year Equipment Warranty Period; and (c) for Parts is 90 days from the installation date.
What will Micro Matic do?
If there is a defect in material or factory workmanship in any Equipment or Compressor covered by this Warranty reported to Micro Matic during the applicable Warranty Period, Micro Matic will repair or replace, at Micro Matic's option, that part of the Equipment or Compressor that has become defective. Micro Matic will cover labor cost within the Warranty Period. Micro Matic shall bear all labor costs in connection with the installation of these replacement parts, provided that, the installation is conducted by Micro Matic or its authorized representative. Charges for Warranty travel time to round trip total of (2) two hours or up to 100 miles total. Any charges exceeding those stated herein must have prior authorization by Micro Matic.
If defect in material and workmanship is found to exist with respect to any Parts during the applicable Warranty Period, Micro Matic will replace the defective Part without charge. Defective Parts become the property of Micro Matic.
How do I make a Warranty claim?
If any defect is discovered during the applicable Warranty Period, the User must notify Micro Matic's customer service department to obtain a return authorization number, and further instructions on how to return the product for service. User must follow Micro Matic's instruction.

Micro Matic will have no responsibility to honor claims received after the date the applicable Warranty Period expires. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any claim shall be deemed waived unless submitted by the User to Micro Matic within thirty (30) days after the date the User discovered, or should have discovered, the claim. In connection with all claims under this Warranty, Micro Matic will have the right, at its own expense, to have its representatives inspect the Equipment at the User's premises and to request all of User's records pertaining to the Equipment to determine whether a defect exists, whether the conditions set forth in this Warranty have been satisfied, and whether or not the applicable Warranty is in effect.
What is not covered by this Warranty?
ALL REPAIRS MUST BE FIRST AUTHORIZED BY MICRO MATIC PER THE ABOVE PROCEDURE. UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY MICRO MATIC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Micro Matic is not responsible for parts damaged from factors including, but not limited to any part that has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, unauthorized service, abuse or to any damage caused by transportation. This Warranty does not cover items subject to normal wear and tear (gaskets, seals, o-rings, bottle dip tubes, etc.).
Additional Exclusions from and Conditions to Warranty Coverage:
This Warranty does not cover parts or accessories, which (a) carry the warranty of a supplier or (b) are, abused. Application of this Warranty is further conditioned upon the following:
- - Installation - The Equipment must be properly installed in accordance with Micro Matic’s installation procedures and instructions and reviewed and tested by Micro Matic's authorized representative.
- - No Alteration - The Equipment must not have been modified or altered from its condition at the date of original installation.
- - Proper Maintenance and Operation - The Equipment must be properly maintained and operated in accordance with Micro Matic's maintenance and operating procedures. All service, labor and parts must be acquired from Micro Matic or its authorized service representative for the User's area. Improper operation due to voltage variances, inadequate wiring and physical damage is the responsibility of the User. They are not manufacturing defects.
- - Condensor coils shall be cleaned regularly - Failure to provide an adequate flow of cooling air will void this Warranty.
- - This warranty is void if failure is a direct result of handling &/or transportation, fire, water, accident, misuse, acts of God, attempted repair by unauthorized persons, improper installation, if serial number has been removed or altered, or if unit is used for purpose other than it was originally intended.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions will void this Warranty. In addition, this Warranty does not cover defects due to apparent abuse, misuse or accident.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEMDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MICRO MATIC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF MICRO MATIC CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL EXPIRE ON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO MICRO MATIC RESELLER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micro Matic's liability hereunder in any case is expressly limited, at Micro Matic's election, to repair or replacement of Equipment, Compressor or Part or to the repayment of, or crediting the user with, an amount equal to the purchase price of such goods.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Micro Matic is not responsible for, and User releases Micro Matic from, direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or related in any way to the equipment, or under any other legal or equitable theory, including without limitation loss of sales, spoiled food, profits or goodwill. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How does state law apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. Authorization is required for any merchandise return. Contact us for a return authorization number, describe the items being returned and the reason. All returned items must be shipped within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Items must unused and in original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% ($10.00 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all return shipments. And for your protection, we recommend you insure all returned packages. Micro Matic is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% ($10.00 minimum) handling and restocking charge. Heavy or oversize items that shipped via freight carrier, including keg refrigerators, are also subject to return freight charges.
Custom made, special orders, manufactured to order, or clearance products cannot be returned for credit unless it is a Micro Matic or vendor error.
Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. But processing returns, and posting refunds to credit card, can be complicated. Once returns are received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for a refund to be posted to your credit card.
