Print your own medallion(s) using this PDF template. Use thin (Scotch—brand, preferred) double sided tape to hold the paper medallion in the holder. Prefer a custom Lucite fish eye lens imprinted with the varietal/winery? Contact your Micro Matic sales representative about custom medallions. A high—resolution artwork file is required. Allow approximately 2—3 weeks for production and delivery.
