    OUR OPTIONS

    CHOOSING THE RIGHT DRAFT SYSTEM

The most valuable equipment in a restaurant and bar is its draft beer system. With the understanding that no two beer systems are the same, the design process encompasses the dispensing environment, client needs and customer expectations.

Depending on the number of products, your budget, and space available, our team of experts will work with you to build the most profitable and efficient system for your business.

    Glycol-Cooled Systems

Long draw glycol-cooled systems are designed to deliver cold draft beer at the same temperature as the walk-in-cooler over long distances by using a glycol power pack. The power pack maintains the temperature of the beer by circulating a glycol mixture at 29 degrees in polyethylene tubing alongside the beer lines all the to the faucet. These systems are perfect for runs for over 25 feet.

    Air-Cooled
    Systems

An air-cooled system is ideal when the consistent lower air  temperatures from the cooler can be used to keep the beer cold. By blowing and circulating the cold temperatures around the beer lines from cooler to tower, the desired temperature is maintained for each glass providing a perfect glass of beer. This system is a cost-effective solution when the beer run is less than 25 feet.

    Direct Draw/ Kegerator

Using a direct draw/kegerator system is an excellent option when space is limited or you need a cost-effective solution to dispense draft beer. By utilizing a self-contained kegerator or running the beer line directly through a wall from the walk-in, the beer is consistently cooled as same temperature as the cooler. This straightforward approach is both economical and low  maintenance.
