Price Matching
At this time, Micro Matic does not match prices offered by other companies. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive pricing on everything we carry, and you can help.

If you think our price for a particular item isn't competitive with other online retailers, you can notify us by e-mailing us at Sales@MicroMatic.com. Simply send us the item number for the product you are referring to, and the URL for the better online offer you've seen. The information you provide will be used to keep our prices as competitive as possible at all times.

Consider the following when evaluating a competitor’s price:

The competitor's product is not an exact match (identical make and model) with ours.
The competitor's total price (including shipping, handling, rebates, taxes, etc.) is higher.
The competitor with the lower price is out of stock.
The competitor's product is refurbished, reconditioned, or used.
The product is a closeout or clearance item.

Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing, and quantity price breaks, are available for those items intended for resale. To qualify, we require adequate proof of intent to resell in the form of a valid state Resale Certificate or Business License. For wholesale pricing inquires, please contact our commercial division via e-mail at Sales@Micro-Matic.com or via phone toll free at (866) 327-4159 during regular business hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Micro Matic USA, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Micro Matic USA, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Micro Matic USA, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Micro Matic reserves the right to change the prices and specifications of equipment and/or material without notice.
