I purchased this tap several months ago and finally bought a keg of Paulaner which required it's use. My kegerator is a Sanyo BC-1206 and this tap is almost 1 1/2" taller than the "D" tap that came with the kegerator. It required some effort to tap the keg since the tap was so tall and the beer line was pressing against the top of the kegerator. Once I got the handle depressed, I had plenty of room for the beer line and the line was not kinked. You may want to tap your keg before placing the keg inside the kegerator. This is a high-quality tap and is solidly constructed.

No doubt the coupler works great..unless you are using it for a sixtel keg. Was tapping my sixtel of Hoegaarden and thought I had purchased the wrong coupler cause it would lock. After a few minutes I realized the large plastic handle was hitting the rail on the keg. Got a screwdriver and hammer to pop it off..problem solved.

German slider for the win! Great coupler and I can't live without my Hoegaarden. Ergo handle is cool but unnecessary!
