What is the difference between a regulator with one gauge and one with two gauges?

A typical single gauge CO2 gas regulator has a 0-60 lb. pressure gauge showing the gas output
pressure.

A typical dual gauge CO2 gas regulator has a 0-60 lb. pressure gauge showing the gas output pressure, and a 0-3000 lb. pressure gauge showing the amount of gas remaining in the gas cylinder (tank).
