Line/faucet cleaning question

Hi all,

So recently had a keg of Bud Light for a party. I don't typically drink that at home so its been sitting for about 3 weeks without and beer dispensed. Should I clean the faucet/lines before I have some people over? Specifically wondering if the faucet would grow anything during that time.

No need to clean the line, wouldn't hurt to clean the faucet.
