Well I just finished my first install on a 20 tap direct draw system for growlers. Owner want's to keep the empties in the cooler and I thought I had him talked out of it until someone else came along and said maybe you should keep them in the cooler. My reason for not keeping them in the cooler was for the space issue and more importantly was to keep the door from being opened all the time. Would keeping them cold outweigh the problems I see coming on keeping the walk in cooler at a constant temperature?
