Per the Head Brewer / Owner at Dragoon Brewing Company,

We target 2.53 volumes of co2 for Dragoon IPA

I asked the Brewery Operation Manager at Barrio Brewing Co. about their Tucson Blonde, Citrazona IPA, and Hipsterville IPA. He says,

our carbonation spec is 2.6 to 2.65 volumes CO2

Thank you for taking the time to write to us and ask this question. Our IPA is typically carbonated from 2.47 to 2.57 volumes of CO2. This batch specifically tested at 2.5 volumes of CO2. Hope this helps and you continue enjoying our IPA!
