Are the bubbles sticking to the side of the glass? If so, that's a dirty glass. Pay attention to that the next time you get a soda or beer out on the town.

Is it pouring foam, or turning to foam when it hit's the glass? Or is it pouring foam for a second or two then pouring clear?
Your beer tastes flat because all that foam in the glass WAS carbonation in the beer.____________________________________________

But how is it pouring out of the faucet. Watch the beer flow on that first beer. Is the beer coming out of the faucet normal looking beer, then turning to foam as it hits the glass?
Or is their 2-3 seconds of foam coming out of the faucet, followed by normal flowing beer?
Or is it just constantly foam coming out of the faucet?____________________________________________
