Think Sean is on the right track either the coupler is wrong for the keg or the coupler gaskets are damaged. When you turn CO2 on you should just hear a little hissing not bubbling or gurgling, either of these mean the CO2 is entering the spear. Find correct type for the beer you have (coupler section in equipment section) and go borrow or rent one and see if that helps.

tongue? well ive replaced everything but the coupler so i guess that narrows it down to that. the black gasket on the coupler looks fine but i guess replacing the coupler is my last option. ill b sure to look in the equipment section to get the correct one
