Is there anything I can do about the noise. The unit is new. Can I buy a more quite compressor? Also, the compressor runs for 10 min and stops for 10 min. I have 3 homebrew kegs and a half case in there, just seems like it should hold temp. for longer. Is this normal?

Nope & yup.
You've got a commercial grade unit. They are a little noisy. Unless it is an obvious rattle or vibration there is not much you can do. And the cycle times sound about right.
