Hi everyone, I've been running a BM-23 in my basement for over 10 years and for the most part it has been trouble free. Just this weekend had some cooling issues that brought me back to this forum and cleaned the condenser and am back in business. While here I read several of the temperature/cooling/foam threads and wanted to call out this liquid thermometer that I installed about five years ago. It is super helpful with respect be being able to understand the beer temp in the keg at any time with a simple glance. Before this device I used to put a glass of water in the kegerator overnight and measure the temp, etc. Strongly recommend this thermometer:
