Which coupler?!

Does anybody know which coupler would fit this keg?
for reference it’s labelled and brewed carlsberg but the keg has San Miguel imprinted in it. I have tried my sankey Which fits my other carlsberg but no joy. Both from the same supplier which is frustrating!

I have seen pictures of keg valves like this before, but have never been able to find the corresponding coupler. Thank you for your help. I’ve contacted my supplier so he should take it back all being well. €70 seems a lot for that doesn’t it!!
