My beer is 38 degrees, about 8-9 feet of 3/16" beer line and I'm running 12-13 lb of co2. The tower is chilled well. How do I get a little foam in the pour?

Give it a little more pressure, or cut the line back a little. Cutting the line back will increase the speed of the flow and give you a little turbulence. Don't do both at once. I'd go with adding some pressure and waiting a day or so if it were me.What I have: Haier two tap, 525 faucets, tower cooler, 10' lines
