true tdd-1 arcing and smoking

hello recently after letting my true kegerator sit for a fee weeks i plugged it in and t started throwing sparks and smoke out of the back. it appears to be coming from the plug where the compressor plugs in behind the back panel. theres a lot of soot under and around it. would this be caused by a locked compressor? how can i troubleshoot this before calling someone out?

I hope your house circuit breaker tripped, if not you need an electrician quick. I would recommend you contact a refrigeration mechanic to look at this one. No telling what damage the short may have caused.
