I have a used True TDD-1 and I have a problem with too cold beer.
I use only micro brewery beer and most of them are better in the 40-48 degres range.
I set the thermostat to the warmest setting (1) and the indoor thermometer is around 35 degres. I set the thermostat to 4 - 5 (default settings) and it is the same temp.Compressor shut off if I set the thermostat to 0.
Beer temp is around 36.
Compressor start every 5 to 8 minutes and run for about 2:30min.
Evaporating coil never get really hot and same for compressor.
I dont get any icing. I did put a glass of water and it never froze too.
As a result, the beer is freacking cold and taste like flat a bit.
Any idea ? Does a bad thermostat do that ?
