True TDD-1 noise. Is it normal?

Hi, I just bought a used true TDD-1 and since I never had / heard a kegerator before I have no clue what sound should be.

The unit is about 5 years old and pretty clean.
Compressor working fine and kegerator getting cold.

I can hear the inside fan which is ok level, but the evaporator fine is loud and doing a whiny sound.

I now moved the unit to the other side of the room... a little better now or I get used to it.

Is this normal for that kind of unit ?
