  • Beer line cleaning

I own a small pub with an 8 tap tower and recently started cleaning my own lines twice a month. We close for 3 months and my question is - what do I leave in the lines? Obviously I`m cleaning the lines upon closing but do I leave them full with the flush water or leave them empty?

Clean them, flush them and blow the lines out with co2

If you are using a can to clean just turn your can upside down and your can will draw air and blow your solution out it wouldnt hurt to clean em again when you reopen

Clean , rinse and then blow water out with CO2. Close faucets keeping the CO2 trapped in the lines. If the coupler seals are intact, they should seal the pressure in the lines in the uncoupled position.
