I own a small pub with an 8 tap tower and recently started cleaning my own lines twice a month. We close for 3 months and my question is - what do I leave in the lines? Obviously I`m cleaning the lines upon closing but do I leave them full with the flush water or leave them empty?

Clean , rinse and then blow water out with CO2. Close faucets keeping the CO2 trapped in the lines. If the coupler seals are intact, they should seal the pressure in the lines in the uncoupled position.Scott Zuhse, Instructor Micro Matic Dispense Institute
