If you are trying to run a tower cooler, I would say no. My guess is it would be too thick inside the tower and prevent airflow. If you were planning on using it without a tower cooler - it would probably work fine assuming it would fit.
I know beer can coozies work well, they can easily be trimmed to fit perfectly inside your tower. Someone has a post documenting how they insulated their tower with them - I tried to search for it, but no luck. I feel like one of the regular users that posted the build so perhaps they will chime in. -
