  • BM23 on its side.

I had to transport my BM23 on its side because of the canopy on my truck. It has been upright for a week now. I've never had a problem doing this with refrigerators. I saw on here that this is no no with these. Is that true? Just replaced the thermostat and it is freezing up in the left corner inside the unit and not realy cooling. It gets down to 50 degrees. Any advice?

    Thanks, Lagerdom

Laying the unit on the side had nothing to do with your current problem. From your description I would say you are low on refrigerant & have a leak in the system.
You will need to get a service company that works on those types of units (not an A/C only company) to leak check your system.
