  • CO2 ran out!

Everyone, I was just leaving today for a week long trip, and went to check my temps one last time, and noticed my CO2 cylinder was at about 100psi remaining, therefore, empty!
Am I safe to have just untapped the keg until I get back?

If it is just that low, you are likely OK. But if it leaked to that point, it will be gone before you get back and your beer will flatten.

Just uncouple and you will have some peace of mind while you are gone.
Malt is the soul of beer... and yeast gives it life..
but the kiss of the hop is the vitality of that life!

My three favorite beers: The one I just had, the one I'm drinking now and the next one I'll have.
