My neighbor is trying to sell me his a 7 yr old Beer Meister brand kegerator for a $250 its in working order. Would this be a good deal or would I be better off spending more money for something newer ?

7 years I would say 134A but in either case there should be a sticker that clearly states the gas on the unit.
