  • Too cold? Miller Lite

So I have my fridge and its running now at 33 degrees and 13 psi. Pretty good poors. Is there any downside to running the temp this low?

I honestly don't fully understand the ratio of temp/psi. Everywhere I read though it says 34-38 for beer.

Thanks for any help ahead of time!

The beer will absorb more co2 which could eventually cause wild pours and foam. Also there will be a reduction in taste and aroma. Check with the brewer to see what temperature and PSI they recommend their product to be dispensed at.
Malt is the soul of beer... and yeast gives it life..

Yeah, at a 33* beer temp pour you're not really even able to taste the beer. Lighter American style lagers are good around 36* to 38*.
Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.
