Whoops... May have hit a line in freezer while drilling

I was drilling a small hole in the wall of the freezer so I could feed the project box power wires and thermostat sensor wire. I think I may have just nicked one of the cooling lines in the wall, but I am unsure. Typically how long does it take before I know if something is wrong (i.e. i trashed this freezer)?

Had you punctured the line, you would have noticed the gas and oil coming out. If the thing is still cooling, you may have dodged a bullet.

I started out by doing a small shallow hole on both sides and poked a long allen key through it to make sure everything was clear. As I started using larger bits to widen the hole, one of them grabbed and sucked the drill right in. Oh, Sh..T! I yelled.

I was able to freeze some water in between going to the gym and grocery store, so I guess I am good.. Wheww!
