Which shank to get?

Hi everyone!
I'm just starting to purchase all the equipment for a kegorator. I'm going with two Ventmatic faucets, but I'm not sure about the shanks. I see there is one with a nipple and ones with out. Which one would I need? And how do you determine the length to get?
Sorry for the silly questions, but I'm knew to this.

The type of shank you get depends on if you are going through the door or if you will have a tower.
