I am asking for some expert advice on my ol' woody BM23. I bought it in 2015 for 160$. I cleaned her up and she runs great and keeps beer at 38*. The only major work I've done to her is replacing the evaporator fan, which went well. Afterwards though, I noticed more water on the floor of the interior. I think I damaged the evaporator housing. Long story short, the water (and previous water) damaged the front bottom of the unit. I will attach pictures of the cancer.

So I am going to

A) replace the evaporator housing to stop the leaking
B) replace the door gasket
C) grind off all the rust and attempt to get a level surface for the door to seal against on the bottom

I'd love to hear any recommendations on these repairs or any other maintenance I should do while she is in pieces.
