My Danby Kegerator keeps pouring the first beer with around 2.5 inches of head. The second beer is almost always perfect. The PSI is set at 12 and the keg is stored at 38 degrees. I open the tap quicky and tilt the glass at a 45 degree angle. I truly can't find anything to fix. Does anyone have any advice. I currently have a 1/2 barrel of Michelob ultra in there.

First beer foam is because you don’t have a tower cooler.What I have: Haier two tap, 525 faucets, tower cooler, 10' lines
