Guinness faucet with EdgeStar tower shank

I am looking for assistance on connecting a European-style Guinness faucet to an EdgeStar kegerator tower shank. The parts do not connect tightly. Do I need an adapter or a new shank? Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. (I have all of the other components necessary for Guinness draft all set up.)

Post pictures. Guinness faucet should thread on to the tower without any problems.
