BA BM23-SS Repair Assistance needed

I have a BM23 all stainless unit I bought new in 2011. Unit worked well, has been moved twice, last move was Dec 2017 and unit has been unplugged for the past year.

Plugged It in and interior Evan fan works steadily, and lower rear compressor fan (pointed at coil) works.

Unit mechanicals appear clean inside, with no rust or corrosion.

However the unit does not chill at all. It appears that the compressor gets warm but makes no sounds at all.

Please help.

Call a refrigeration mechanic to check the compressor. BM23 is a good unit and well worth the fix.
