help with vissani

good afternoon everyone this is my first post, I need your help I have a vissani refrigerator ,that suddenly I stop working, watching video on youtube I realize, that relay was bad, and I ordered 3 n 1 start, i plug in the 3 n 1, and the compressor still off, but I disconnect the fan and the compressor start working, i plug back the fan and the compressor goes off can some one help me
