I have a beverage air 2 keg kegerator with cooling unit in front right of unit. Lately, inside unit has been filling up with water. Took front panel off and drip tray is completely dry. Pushed cleaning wire through water tube to see if there was a clog, there was none. What could be causing build-up of condensation? In summer months, water will drips from the beer tower as the tower temp on top of the unit is much hotter than the inside of the kegerator. But this is not the case now, as the tower bottom is bone dry with no drips.

AS Djc says bad seal around door gasket will cause excess condensation in unit.BUT.... Will not cause what your issue is.I'm assuming you have a DD48. I would say maybe try removing the evaporator housing assy. (which is a PAIN in the a$$!!)To see why its not draining down to evaporator pan. Be careful when pulling housing out. The wires are usually pretty damn short running behind there.

Thank you. I will find someone near by. I took the cold thermo plate wall off to access the cooling unit and the water was dripping fine in there. The water wasn't making it into the hole that goes into the tube that runs down to the back-up drip plate (that was the plate I noticed that was bone dry, not the actual drip pan). It looks to me that there is a leak somewhere from the actual drip pain under the cooling unit into the side of the kegerator. Can't see where the water is coming from. The entire unit is dry of moisture other than the floor the kegs sit on, the wall next to cooling fan seems to be where the moisture is.

They didn't tell me about the dispatch fee. $216.00 for 50min service. Not complaining, cause the guy was great and he fixed it. Turns out the rivets on the inside of unit were rusting out. The rivets held the seam that the drip pan underneath the fan is attached to on outside of box. The water from pan was dripping into seam and puddling at bottom of unit. He replaced rivets and caulked the seam. Dry as a bone now.
