Sixtel of New Holland Golden Cap

I have just tapped a new keg of Golden Cap and I am getting excess foam.

I am at 6 psi CO2
3/16 ID line
Perl1ck 525SS tap

Not sure why I am getting so much foam. I have had many kegs on this system with little issue with foam other than with Blue Moon. I dont get it. I have dropped the pressure and clean everything thoroughly.

No matter if you balance for v/v or just set low to avoid foam, you still need to know the v/v of the beer. If it is Golden Cap Saison Ale, Wikipedia says Saisons are highly carbonated, if you set 6 for 12 PSI beers, you may have to set 15 PSI for 30 PSI beers. Don't know what the proper PSI for your temperature, unless you know the v/v and temperature of the beer. Also what length of line?
