Dragons Breath

Hi,
I am new to the kegerator world and I am looking for the correct CO2 pressure and temperature for Dragons Breath which is a dark hefeweizen beer. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would recommend emailing or calling the brewery and asking them the volumes of co2. With this info in hand you can search for "co2 chart" on this forum and then depending on your beer temp set the psi accordingly.

I have seen other charts and calculators that may be better, but this way you get the idea. For instance if you were pouring Miller Light which is 2.65 v/v at 38 degrees you would find that on the chart and see that the correct psi is 13.
