I just finished the advance dispense class at the Allentown branch.
It is a very good class, I didn't realize what was involved to get quality draft beer.
I currently service commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration, I am now going to branch out into draft service also.
I have the MM catalog but am not sure what parts/pieces to order for truck stock also what tools I should order.
Any help from you guys who have been doing this for a while as to what I should have on hand would be appreciated.
