Triton 350 too loud?

Hi guys. At work we have a Triton 350. The thing is that we have a worker apartment above our cooling rooms and they complain about the pumping sounds at night. So my question is: Is there any way to reduce the sounds it produces or to shut it down at night without interfering with the setup values? Any help would be highly appreciated because it goes really on the nerves of our workers.
