  • Guinness question

My kegerator compressor stopped running (was not running for about 4 or 5 days before getting the part to repair it). I don't have a thermometer in the cavity to keep track of the temp so I don't know what the temp got up to while the compressor was inop. I have remedied that as well (thermometer). My question is is the guinness still good to consume, or should I discard it? It's about a half of the keg. Thanks in advance!

Guinness, I believe, is a pasteurized product so you should be good.
