  • Kegerator - Flat Beer

I have an account that had a leaky regulator, which made them run out of CO2. They put a new CO2 cannister on and promptly ran out of CO2 again. They called me and I replaced the regulator, and left with the beer pouring perfectly. They are now complaining about flat beer. They either have dirty glassware (maybe) or, the CO2 running out - new cannister - running out again has effed the beer up. What do you guys think? The more scientific answer the better please

Well, I checked all connections with soapy water, so I don't think so.

Beer needs time to reabsorb the co2 depending on the fullness of the keg .
