Normal to lose psi when pouring?

Hey guys I'm a bit confused on what's happening to my system, maybe somebody can help me.
I have 8taps, 2 mico secondary regs, 1 main regulator. When I set the reg to 12psi and hook up my kegs on my pours the psi drop down to 0 within 10-15secs. I then tried setting my regulator to. 20-25 psi and my secondary at 10psi, with this menthod it drops only 2psi when dispensing. Is this normal? I'm assuming since its supplying air to 8 taps I need to set a higher preaure on the regulator to compensate?

Which regulators are being set at what pressures and which regulator is dropping? Please be more specific with your statements, we need to know exactly what is going on before we can help.
