  • Guinness temps and beer gas pressure

I just finished a bar in my attic. I am serving Guinness and have the right tap dispenser and a 5lb. tank of beer gas (75/25) in my beer frig. Can you please tell me the proper temp to keep my frig and the proper pressure for my gas?

    Thank you.

    Stevek,
Everything you need to know is in the resource section under beer questions here:
    Dispensing Stout Beer: Guinness, Murphy's
If you have any questions look through forum and search under Guinness, if you any questions post in non-commercial section. But about temperature, it's all about what YOU want to drink it at, the PSI and temperature listed should work, if you want a different temperature, just leave the PSI, beer gas is pretty forgiving, unlike pure CO2, some members have started at 32 PSI with 38 degrees serving temperature. But again it's up to you.
