need compressor information

I bought a used GBC 75' MICROMATIC PART # 621057503 1/3 HP , 10 AMP, 115 V. r134A
The compressor is dead. the compressor has numbers stamped into it. 721 u1984b. what do the numbers mean. were can I get a new compressor or the specs on this one?
