  • Gas leak through small hole in front of reg?

I have a Micromatic two-gauge regulator that leaks Co2 out of the small hole in the front of the regulator, just near the adjustment screw. It continues to do so indefinately. I took the assembly apart and noticed the very center has a tiny hole in it where it rests on the center pin. Should this have a hole?

Sounds like your diaphragm needs to be replaced. I believe you can get one from Micro Matic. I've never replaced one so someone else might be better to direct.

The tiny hole in the center of the diaphragm is suppose to be there. Look at the diaphragm close to determine if there are any tears or rips. If this is not the issue, the seat capsule assembly maybe loose or is defective and must be replaced. Refer to the link for replacement parts.
