Need advice on pulling trunk line through a chase

This is my first time doing this and I am interested in knowing how to pull/push a five line (plus glycol) through a 30 foot chase. There are 4 long sweep 90's in the chase and it has been difficult to even get a snake through it.

I am planning on pushing a wire cable through and using it to pull the trunk line back through while a helper pushes from the other end.

Any advice on techniques would be appreciated.

Is the chase glued or accessible at the sweeps? If ya can take apart the sweeps it will be much easier. Other than that a fish tape and lots of muscle power is the only way to do it. Good Luck

4 sweeps is going to be tough. May need wire lube to help reduce the friction. Also, try to tape the pull end of the trunk into a point to help slide over the joints.
What size chase?
