Beer level in keg?

Based on some searching I have a feeling I may know the answer to this, but is there any way, short of weighing, of determining how much beer is left in a keg? I have become fairly good at estimating when I am getting close to the end by just lifting the keg slightly while still attached to the lines, but it sure would be a lot easier if there were a better way of doing it. If only someone could come up with a built-in sight glass for a keg.

Or use a MM strip, the next best thing to a sight glass. Check the products section of the site.

I did a search for "MM strip" in the beer equipment store and didn't find anything. Is it called something else?
