Installing shanks inside a lucky tower

I'm about to purchase a 2 faucet lucky draft tower that does not have the shanks installed. I've purchased 2 stainless steel elbow shanks from Micromatic. Does anyone know how to install the shanks? I know it's a simple nut and bolt assembly, but access to tighten the nut inside the lucky tower is what I'm concerned about.... any suggestions? Do I need a specialized tool to do this?
