Replacing Beer Lines

New at this. I need to replace the hose between the keg and tap. It looks like I need the push in type of hose end. Problem is, how do I get the old one out? Thanx.

It is likely a ferrule crimped over the hose holding it captive on the barb. I cut my ferrule lengthwise best I could with a hacksaw and then cut the hse off with a sharp knife. Replace the hose on the barbs and secure with stainless hose clamps.
