I have an account that is redoing their bar and I need to split the beer to three locations, two are just separate towers in the same bar area, the other is in another room. There are a total of 12 kegs; only three of the brands will be going to all three towers, five will going to one and 4 will run to two of the towers. Whew.....
What is the best way to handle the three way splits? I've done two plenty of times but have never pushed to a third. Do I just add another beer Y downstream from the first one? Do I need to build the system with more pressure to handle added volume? Should I use one of those gas manifolds designed for high volume apps? Any experiences shared would be appreciated. I hope all you techs out there are weathering the storm nicely.
